So I took the day off today for a few reasons...Today Allyson got her cast off after 3 VERY long weeks (YIPPEE!!), I35 let school out early and High School Musical 3 came out in theaters today.
We started the day with an 830a appointment with the Ortho, got the cast off, got xrays that looked good and got a new little finger cast that she has to keep on during the day and take off at night. She can start back to gymnastics ONLY on DM and Trampoline and we're back for another visit in 2 weeks to make sure everything is growing correctly and to make sure she has reached her goal of making a fist. She says it doesn't hurt but she still baby's it. I imagine she will for a while.
We went to Jordan Creek Theaters with mom, Julie, Beau, Brayden, Sophia and Sabryn to watch HSM 3 on the big screen. And it was worth the wait!! It was fantastic and it didn't hurt that Zac Efron isn't hard to look at ;) Relax, he's 21 so it's not like it's dirty to have naughty thoughts about him, ok?? I had to explain this to my sister also..sheesh. After that, it was a little shopping, the McDonald's drive thru (because I'm a healthy mom like that) and then up to the Richardson's for a little SingStar action. Yeah, it was a good day :)
